Top Performance's SKUNK BE GONE
This gentle and environmentally friendly formula gets rid of skunk odor quickly and effectively! Natural Chemistry's DE FLEA**
This safe and highly effective gentle shampoo is pesticide-free and non-toxic (does not contain pyrethroid type compounds). DE FLEA works first by attacking the physical structure of the flea or pest by dissolving the waxy protective coating (exoskeleton) with a surfactant. The other active ingredient, a weak acid (primarily a laxative in laymen's terms), is then able to penetrate the pest's body and overwhelm the intestines with a lethal dose of diuretic. Active ingredients: Dioctyl Sodium Sulfocuccinate and Undecylenic Acid.(NOTE: See bottom of page for more info.)

Although we recommend our highly effective De-skunking shampoo, there is another very effective alternative formula which you are welcome to bring in or may be used in an emergency if we are closed. Just remember, TIME IS CRITICAL - wash your pet as soon as possible!
You may need to double or triple this recipe for larger pets:
Mix all ingredients together and apply this solution to a dry dog- DO NOT WET FIRST!
- One quart of hydrogen peroxide*
- 1/4 cup of baking soda
- 2 teaspoons of dish soap**
* This may bleach your clothing and/or pet's hair
** Dish soap may dry out the dogs skin
